I have just realised that...there are 3 forms of leadership...
Democratic
Autocratic
and Lazzer Flair(however u spell)
Democratic leaders make decisions based on what is appealing to everyone. They are usually smart and gain respect based on awesomeness. Most are full of intelligence and have a natural commanding aura. However as the decisions are made mostly by the majority, when something goes wrong democratic leaders usually blame the people and not themselves.
Autocratic leaders are rash and wont listen to you. They usually expect you to do what they want. They usually think they are right and always have the Scold first and ask questions later attitude. This type of leadership is usually good during emergencies or desperate times.
Lazzer Flair (However u spell) leaders are usually slow to speak and take time to analyse the situation before acting. They are usually personified as the medium in which sparks ignite to become fires. These leaders however are quite indecisive cos they tend to want to please others. They are usually able to analyse but unable to implement. They usually do not get as much respect as the other 2 type of leadership styles as time is usually not on their side. However in the long run this type of leadership is usually the best
Why am i saying this? Its because i was having a talk on msn with a friend, and to my amazement, the stories hes been telling me about his scouting life was like a flashback of my life. He was lyk "r u me?"...Lol it is really touching to have one of ur juniors be lyk almost an exact copy of you, example both he and I are really playful, arent able to talk well, write well(not handwriting but in terms of essays yea...), etc. In addition to that, both of us found out that we had the same type of leadership which is the unique lazzer flair. Usually most of the SPLs have the democratic leadership, most of the autocratic leadership people become non SPL dragons or just PLs...Lazzer flair people are really unique, this sort of leadership has been mistaken most of the time as being a "FOLLOWER". However the best leaders are the ones who can swap between the 3 types of leadership when any situation calls for it.
