Major Annoyance

We all know that it is annoying when u put in sufficient amount of work and get scolded for not putting in super duper amount of work.

However it is more annoying when you feel that you've put in super duper amount of work and when others feel that you've put in insufficient amount of work and then expect you to put in sufficient amount of work.

Yes that's a major annoyance which pretty much sums up the bad things I feel this afternoon.
