Wine tastes better as it ages, and yet...when the aging process isn't done right...

It becomes sour.

I taste the wine, I hold my tongue, cringe and say, "Err. yup...very good... this is good wine... "

Even though all I taste in my mouth is vinegar...

But yet, I still refuse to totally reject the wine, because my mind is already set on the fact that the aged wine is good.

I don't know if I'm fooling myself or not.
