More stuff on Leadership...
Since you all are so uber confused about the so called topic on my tagboard...Lemme give you all an example of how being one of them leads to understanding.

About 2000 years ago when the world was full of sin, God sent his son Jesus Christ to live amongst us, to become one of us, to teach us the fullness of truth and revealing to us the path that would take us to eternal life.

Jesus was what you call a servant leader, he did not distance himself from the people. He had very intimate bonds with his people and helped those who were astray find their way back on the path.

Now had Jesus decided to distance himself even one bit from us, do you think we would have been saved? We would forever be condemned with sin had Jesus not died on the cross for our sins.

The very fundamental principle of leadership = To lead is to serve...
Leadership by example is the only kind of real leadership. Everything else is dictatorship.

Good leaders make people feel that they're at the very heart of things, not at the periphery. When that happens people feel centered and that gives their work meaning. Leaders should not make men under them feel inferior or intimidated in any way.

The function of leadership is to produce more leaders, not followers. By using the distancing and intimidation method of leading, u'd end up getting a bunch of mindless followers bent only on doing what u are asking based on fear of punishment. As i shall emphasize again : To lead is to serve, nothing more, nothing less...

And of course to conclude this--
Effective leadership is not about making speeches or being liked; leadership is defined by results and processes, not attributes.

No record of defiance or disobedience towards me, thus thats that...
